Job Description

Event planning, organizing, and coordination.
Managing the households schedules and calendars.
Arrange for and supervise all contract employees, temporary and adjunct household staff, and caterers.
Scheduling home maintenance and repair work and supervising the project.
Handling/Verifying household bills and administrative duties.
Supervision of other household staff, such as housekeepers, private chefs, nannies or governesses.
Shopping for food, supplies, and other required items.
Look after all guests.
Any other assignment assigned by director as & when required.
